| The best way to learn something here, is to simply
follow the daily routine of the ashram. The routine is more or
less as follows, depending on god, the season, special celebrations
and a rather great number of other things such as changes
and exceptions according to conditions and demand :
5-6 am : Aarti
7-8:30 am : Asana
9:30 am : Breakfast
10-11 am : Karma Yoga
1 pm : Lunch
1:30-4:30 pm : Free Time/ Tea
4:30-6 pm : Course
6:15- 7 pm : Aarti
7:30 pm : Dinner
9- 9:30 pm Meditation
Visitors are not required to follow the entire
program from 23 p.m. to 03 a.m. but can sleep and do as they
see fit. The program mostly gives visitors an indication of
the possibilities in joining the activities at the Ashram.
