Studied dietetics and homeopathy and specialized as Ayurveda food consultant.
Since she started practicing Yoga 1991 and met Harish Johari in 1994 at an Ayurveda cooking workshop in Munich, she realized the importance of right food habits and a balanced body chemistry for mental and physical health and well being. Harish Johari was a teacher she always wished to meet, a gem, which is hard to find, 'He was the coolest', so auspicious and inspiring.
Whenever 'Dada' came to Munich, Christine started to visit him, for just being in his company and enjoying his great humor, and lectures in Ayurvedic cooking, Yantra painting, gemstones, numerology, Swara Yoga, Hindu -philosophy, -mythology, -tradition, and much more.
She organizes Ayurveda (vegetarian) cooking workshops in Munich and Haridwar and publishes together with Heidi Rauhut the 'Swara Yoga Calendar'. |
