For
this Dalia recipe you need
1. dalia 1/2 cup (broken wheat
)
2. onion 1 small and finely
chopped
3. tomato 1 finely chopped
4.mixed vegetables 2 cups finely
chooped
( carrrots, cabbage, spinach,
peas, beans, bottle gourd )
you can choose any 4 as per
your choice
5. oil 2 teaspoons
6. salt to taste
7. black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
powder
8. water 1 glass
9. cumin 1/2 teaspoon seeds
10. corriander 1 table spoon
leaves finely chopped

Recipe - Method
1.
heat just 2 teaspoons oil in
a pressure cooker.
2. put cumin seeds.
3 . when they crackle add chopped
onions
4 . when they start looking
transparent add chopped tomatoes.
5. saute for just 3 to 4 min
and add all the finely chopped
mix vegetables.
6. saute the vegetables for
about 5 min and now add salt.
7. just dry roast the dalia
( broken wheat ) in a separate
pan.
8. now add the dry roasted dalia
( broken wheat ) and water to
all the vegetables in the pressure
cooker.
9 . add pepper.
10 . mix well.
11. close the lid of the pressure
cooker and let 4 whistles come.
12. after the 4 whistles close
the fire.
13. wait till the pressure cooker
opens.
14. when it opens add fresh
corriander leaves ( chopped
) serve hot.
