this Semolina pancakes recipe
you need
1
semolina 250 grams
2 . curd 1 cup
3 . water 2 cups
4 . salt to taste
5 . onion 1 medium - finely
chopped
6 . tomatoes 2 medium - finely
chopped
7 . green chillies 2 to 4 -
chopped ( optional )
8 . corriander leaves 1 table
spoon - finely chopped

Pancakes Recipe - Method
1 . take a big bowl, mix the
2 cups water and 1 cup curd
well - now add semolina in this
bowl and add salt ( avoid lumps
).
2 . mix well.
3 . now keep this batter aside
for about 4 to 5 hours so that
the semolina gets soaked properly.
4. after 5 hours you will see
the batter becomes thick itself
( if required u can add a little
bit of water ) - now add chopped
onions, tomatoes, corriander
leaves and green chillies.
5. now this batter is ready
you can make pancakes.
6. take a flat non stick pan,
heat it, put about 1 teaspoon
oil and spread it well over
the surface of the nonstick
pan.
6 . now when the oil is hot
take about 2 table spoons of
the above batter and spread
it well ( making a thin pancake
).
7. cook it from both sides light
brown.

this pancake batter, at the
time of adding onions, tomatoes,
etc etc you can add any vegetable
of your choice just to make
it healthy like u can add grated
carrots, finely shredded cabbage,
grated beet roots, chopped mushrooms
and lots more.
These
pancakes are very light as they
require very little oil and
are very healthy because they
have so many vegetables and
